WARNING 6 SIGNS OF NON-MELANOMA SKIN CANCER

Don’t Ignore the Signals!

Signs and symptoms of non-melanoma skin cancer include:

  • A non-healing sore: This can be a red, scaly, or crusty patch that does not heal or keeps coming back.
  • Lumps or bumps: A red, firm lump that can be small, slow-growing, or shiny, may appear.
  • Wart-like growth: Some non-melanoma cancers can look like a wart.
  • Changes to existing spots: This includes a new growth on the skin or a change in the size, shape, or color of an existing spot or mole.
  • Crusting or bleeding: A sore or patch that bleeds, oozes, or crusts easily can be a sign of non-melanoma skin cancer.
  • Pain: Pain, tingling, or itchiness, especially if the cancer is near a nerve.
